CDPHE has $3,230,913 available to continue its HPP through June 30, 2016. The cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) requires that the State continue the transition of its HPP from a focus on hospital facility preparedness to healthcare system preparedness.
